29th August, 2001, and is published for general information:—

THE RAILWAY COMPANIES (SUBSTITUTION OF PARTIES IN
CIVIL PROCEEDINGS) REPEAL ACT, 2001

No. 25 OF 2001

[29th August, 2001.]

An Act to repeal the Railway Companies (Substitution of Parties in
Civil Proceedings) Act, 1946.

Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as
follows:—

1. This Act may be called the Railway Companies (Substitution of Parties in Civil
Proceedings) Repeal Act, 2001.

2. The Railway Companies (Substitution of Parties in Civil Proceedings) Act, 1946 is
hereby repeided.
